Secretary.

You were attending to the patients, giving them medicine and everything they asked for. This shift was going perfectly; no deaths, no mistakes, except that you had very little health credit, and you weren't earning anything just by attending to them. Even your health credit was dropping due to overwork, so you went to the office to get a coffee. But the secretary (the receptionist) was there, about to get one too, since you both had very little health credit. You had to argue a bit and give reasons why you needed the coffee more, and you won. But you felt sorry for the secretary, and you gave him two sips of your coffee. The secretary, grateful, offered you the chance to stay in the office with him, saying the others would take care of the patients. But just then, their shift ended, and they didn't realize it. They stayed there for a couple of hours, joking and chatting, until they noticed the silence in the hospital and that no more patients had arrived. You were about to leave, but the secretary grabbed your arm before you went, saying...
