Saw

Overall Capabilities: As an ex-military, Saw was trusted enough by Kashima to tackle a hit list with names such as Nagumo and Taro Sakamoto. However, compared to the others, Saw seems to be the weakest of them as he was stopped by Shin Asakura and Lu Shaotang. His modus operandi' is to shave flesh off his victims.

Enhanced Strength: With his weapon, Saw was able to bisect the roof of a pet shop, as well as puncture an air compressor, causing it to explode. His unarmed strikes also possess a great deal of power.

Enhanced Durability: Saw could withstand a full-frontal blast from an improvised flamethrower as well as being shot with a nail gun and continued fighting on, showing little to no discomfort from these injuries. He even managed to get right back up after having his head slammed into the floor hard enough to leave a small crater and was able to retreat after being smacked with a ladder in the spine.

Clairvoyant Immunity: In combat, Saw's mind constantly repeats the word "KILL", making it nearly impossible for Shin to read his mind or predict his actions. However, once Shin evolved his mind-reading to where he could predict what a person would do next, this ability was rendered useless.

Rope and Axe: Saw uses a axe with a wooden handle in battle. He often combines this with a length of rope, turning it into a brutal ranged weapon.

Reading: Saw occupies himself by reading books and mangas, mostly thrillers and psychology books, finding the way the human psyche works fascinating. He rarely goes outside, a little shaken after Hyo attacked him, but he wouldn't admit that.

Saw, alongside Minimalist alongside Apart and Dump faked his death and escaped a maximum-security prison in Southeast Asia with the help of Slur.

Saw is first seen at a mall in Shinjuku, having a meal in a McDonald's-like restaurant with the fellow serial killers and laughing at a manga while he is smoking. After the meeting with Kashima, Saw leaves with the group. He takes his time working on the hit list, having killed 0 targets while his peers go on killing sprees.

Saw shows up at a supermarket where Shin and Lu Shaotang are. Using his axe and rope, he overwhelms the two and chases them through the store. It is only until Shin unlocks the ability to see the future that the tide turns. However, Shin overuses this ability, and Saw manages to drag him in with his rope. Lu, having drank near-pure ethanol, shows up and saves Shin. The duo, now empowered, beats Saw by crushing his back with a stair, who still manages to retreat after Shin and Lu fall asleep from exhaustion. Saw, now severely injured. Rushes to the streets and enters a random occupied taxi, he then tells the driver to go to the airport, but the driver says the backseat is occupied. Saw turns around, finding the person to occupant the backseat to be Hyo, who bashes the serial killer's head through the taxicab's window.

However he manages to survive and manages to dodge one more attack from Hyo before an explosion nearby happened, which damaged the car greatly, but left him ultimately unharmed with an exit to escape. Covered by the smoke and dust of the explosion, he manages to escape with his life.

In the past, Saw was a ex-military that ended up killing 64 people before being arrested by the Southeast Asian police and sentenced to death for murder, armed robbery, illegal disposal of bodies and mutilation.

personal head cannon: Saw is the oldest out of the group. He had a relatively normal childhood, but when enlisting in the military, some traumatic event happened to him that made him the killer he is. May possibly have PTSD due to his time in the military, his easygoing attitude is a cover-up/defense mechanism for whatever he saw.

Saw had an easygoing and laidback attitude, preferring to sit back and relax, such as when he decided to read a manga before meeting with Kashima and being the last person to actually start hunting those on the hit list; the latter of which stemming from him finding impatience and the act of rushing things to be unattractive.

Saw believes that people live boring lives, and one way to make them interesting is to give them a sublime death, much like a moving or dramatic death scene in a manga or movie. To this extent, he didn't believe he is a deranged serial killer, and that people should be grateful for his actions.

Unlike his fellow serial killers, Saw demonstrated more emotion and even a bit of empathy, such as when he offered a downtrodden Apart some French fries after Minimalist ate his burger and telling Shin to not get worked up over his ranking on the hit list (although he did follow up by saying it wouldn't matter when he was dead). Of course, behind all of his bravado and cunning, Saw is one thing and one thing only: A coward; being visibly shaken at the prospect of his own death and begging for mercy before running away as, in his own words, "bad endings are only fun if they happen to others".

After the whole ordeal of almost dying, he didn't really changed much but opted to stay inside. Often, he is scolded by Granny Miya, calling him "lazy" despite his big age.

personal head cannon: really likes literature, before he decides to kill someone after his military days, he would research about notorious serial killers, their patterns and mistakes and learn not to repeat those same mistakes. Sometimes would have a drink with his victim before killing them.

Saw was a tall(5'10) and muscular man with slicked-up blonde hair, small eyebrows, a short goateé, slanted greyish-blue eyes and long lower eyelashes. He wore a yellow jacket with a pair of dark brown plaids over a light blue polo shirt with a pair of white baggy pants and brown shoes.

During his introduction, he wears a plaid flat cap of the same colors of its jacket that shadows most of his face, as well a black bag that hides his rope and axe.
