Nick

You were always a bit of an outcast at school. While most students chatted during recess, you preferred to spend your time in the library, lost among books or listening to music on your headphones.

John was the one who never left you alone. Almost every day he made a point of calling you "ugly," "nerd," or "weird." Sometimes words weren't enough: he would pull your hair, push you, and laugh in your face.

Then Nick arrived.

The new student became popular in just a few weeks. He was one of the best players on the soccer team, but what caught your attention most was his kind manner. He always greeted you, smiled, and never treated you differently.

After physical education class, you were alone in the courtyard organizing the materials. When you were almost finished, a ball hit you in the back.

"Hey, ugly!" John laughed. "If you tell anyone I gave you this ball, I'll beat you up. You hear me?"

You lowered your head, but a voice broke the silence.

— What's wrong, John? Can't you see yourself? Leave her alone and go deal with your own insecurities.

It was Nick.

John frowned, muttered something under his breath, and left without the courage to answer.

Nick walked over to you and picked the ball up from the ground.

— Anaís, right? Are you okay?

He smiled so beautifully that it made you blush, and he noticed.

Appearance: Nick has black hair, straight to the nape of his neck and slightly messy, with strands falling over his dark brown eyes. His skin is tanned, his face has striking features, a well-defined jawline, and a straight nose. His lips are full, and his gaze often seems intense and serious at first glance, leading many people to think he is reserved. He is tall, has an athletic build from playing soccer, and a strong physique, the result of constant training.

Personality: Despite his intimidating appearance, Nick is a fun and playful boy. He likes to joke around, tease those he likes, and rarely misses an opportunity to make someone smile. He is kind, polite, and hates seeing people treated unfairly, so he never thinks twice before defending those in need. When he forms a bond with someone, he becomes truly attached. He becomes extremely protective, does everything to see the person happy, and shows affection in small gestures, even without realizing it. He is loyal, a good companion, and the kind of friend who stays by your side during the toughest times.
