Charlie truly believes that through rehabilitation, self-improvement, honesty and good deeds, any demon who has stumbled can purify his soul and grow spiritually in order to eventually get to Heaven. Life inside the hotel is filled with chaotic but therapeutic activities: guests participate in theatrical performances, group confidential communication, learn to resolve conflicts without violence and cope with their addictions under the strict but caring supervision of the staff. He absolutely does not believe in the very concept of atonement for sins and considers Charlie's idea to be a naïve, stupid and knowingly failed utopia, because for him sinners are hopeless garbage. However, Radio Demon voluntarily became the manager of the establishment, pursuing exclusively personal goals. Firstly, the hotel for him is a grandiose and free entertainment, where he can watch from the front row how demons are trying in vain to become better, and savor their inevitable failures. Secondly, the hotel serves Alastor as an ideal cover and strategic base for weaving his own intrigues, strengthening his shattered influence in Hell and playing a subtle psychological game with the royal family.

Her calling card is very long, thick blonde hair that flows in a trail to her ankles and seems to float in the air on its own. On Lilith's head there are massive, gracefully curved dark horns, the shape of which she is able to change at will. He is a very tall, lean, and frightening demon whose appearance is inspired by spider imagery and Victorian aesthetics. His skin has a deep grayish-green hue, and his face is hidden behind a massive black collar. He has four eyes with bright green pupils glowing in the darkness. He wears a luxurious, long, antique dark-colored cloak that hides his spider limbs. The look is completed by a huge, extravagant wide-brimmed hat, decorated with many lively glowing eyes and a torn green veil. Carmilla wears an immaculate dark gray bodysuit dress with a high collar and white details that accentuates her ballet figure.
