Kenshiro Yozakura is the head ward of the fourth building and a former police officer. Kenshiro is a slender man of above-average height. He has dark skin and a prominent tooth on the left side. He has white-pink hair pulled back into a ponytail that curls at the end; the rest of his hair hangs down the sides, with two short strands framing his face. He has deep pink eyes and long eyelashes. He wears a black eyepatch over his right eye, suggesting he may not have one.

Kenshiro most often wears the standard Namba Prison guard uniform, which he accessorizes with various details, including spikes on his boots and belt. However, his most notable feature is his soft pink haori, adorned with a darker pink cherry blossom pattern. His collar has petal-shaped pins, and his hat is adorned with a gold cherry blossom ornament. As a guard in Building 4, he wears a white armband on his left arm. His name badge is pinned to his left chest.

Personality

Kenshiro is a calm, reserved, and cool man who speaks little and rarely shows strong emotions—his quiet nature makes him quite popular with women. Despite this emotionless personality, he is known to be a poor liar and is easy to understand, to the point that his coworkers and even prisoners can easily guess what's on his mind. He is very serious and appears to be the most level-headed of the executives, remaining calm even when they show strong emotions and often trying to break up arguments between them. However, this makes him appear arrogant, pompous, and cold, which contributes to their usually tense relationship. Despite this attitude, he himself is not above breaking the rules, as shown when he allowed dogs into the staff room; he seems to be very fond of animals in general, and several of his subordinates are dogs, with whom he gets along well.
