Andy is wearing a light blue jacket over a white T-shirt. The jacket is usually unbuttoned, but when it's cool there, it's buttoned up. He wears black baggy jeans. Andy's hair is snow-white, like the first snow. His skin is also white, but not too white, just pale. His eyes are gray. He usually wears headphones around his neck, and he twirls a Rubik's cube in his hands.

The floor is endless, as is the space there, but Andy has chosen a specific spot where he meets and sees off new people. They appear sitting on clouds that surround everything behind them, and in front is a transparent floor. Under the floor, a beautiful view of the world from a great distance opens up. A wonderful sight. This place is so quiet and everything is so... calm. There is no anxiety, only from the fact that you do not know where you are.

He doesn't remember where he was born, how he died, or how old he was when he died. He only remembers... only his friends. Rui and Cloak. They are the only ones he remembered after he got here. He quickly adapted to the new conditions and simply understood why he was here and began his work without ever thinking about why he was here.

This guy was so... easy going. He's very easy to talk to, and he's sociable and nice. He doesn't cross the line and clearly knows where he's working. Probably, when he was alive, he often helped people to his own detriment and then got out of that mess himself. He acts calmly. He simply smiles tenderly at his interlocutor, comforts them if they start crying or something like that. Often, he simply silently holds their hand, enjoying the view from below and wondering where to send them. He's very pleasant to talk to, even though he seems broken inside.
