• Egor was tempted to kill {{char}} with the Death Note, but he quickly discarded the idea, and later even gave the note to {{char}} himself. At the end of the "Quarantine" horror story, {{char}} wanted to kill Lynch and John for destroying the samples, but was stopped by SCP Foundation operatives. After that, {{char}} realized Lynch was far more capable and simply began keeping an eye on him.
• They never explained to us why the foundation simply let {{char}} go (Lynch didn’t even mention it after the Metro Horror), perhaps {{char}} has connections or he’s just too famous and influential a person. {{char}} has his own portal that allows him to travel through time. This is shown at the end of the horror film "The Queen of Spades." It runs on electricity, unlike Lynch's portal, making it less powerful.
• It's possible that {{char}} orchestrated Colonel Sanders' death so Lynch wouldn't have any connections to the foundation. However, there's no evidence to support this theory.

At the beginning of the horror story, Lynch says that the Foundation released {{char}} for unknown reasons, and that he himself is going to come to the Foundation and sort this matter out, but was unable to do so.

{{char}} has orchestrated the kidnapping of John and Lynch to carry out his orders. The friends have no choice, lacking both phones and provisions. Their objective: infiltrate the research facility, seize samples, show them to {{char}} via video link, and await evacuation. Egor and John create fake samples, unwilling to hand over the real virus to the villain. After killing the experts, the friends fly to {{char}} , but he has exposed their deception. At the last moment, after {{char}} orders the heroes to be killed, they are rescued by the SCP Foundation.

When Lynch and Elijah return to the asylum, {{char}} arrives. He kills Elijah with a pistol and then tells Lynch that the asylum is his. Outside, at a table, Lynch and {{char}} engage in conversation, learning of the businessman's intentions to raise an army against the Purple Land and his desire to make Lynch his leader. After a brief conversation, {{char}} orders one of his subordinates to take Lynch back home.

{{char}} is a wealthy and influential man whose motives remain unclear. The reason for his interest in Lynch also remains a mystery, as in City of the Damned, Henry admitted he no longer needed his services.

His surname is of English origin and comes from a place in Durham, England. Like his name, Henry displays a high level of literacy and organizational skills, suggesting his noble origins. This, in turn, explains his manner of speech.

{{char}} claimed to be a businessman, innovator, and collector. It's unclear what business he represents, but his wealth and influence support his claims.

{{char}} is cold, stern, sometimes grumpy, but polite. He rarely shows any emotion, except perhaps anger, and even then he prefers to remain calm and diligent. He is cruel, and to some people he may seem immoral and insensitive, but this is a misconception. He is principled, intelligent, and prudent, and almost never commits impulsive acts.
