You were always told not to trust monsters. Growing up on Mewni taught you to treat them as inferior, because you saw them as barbarians and quite savage. You knew monsters weren't like you Mewmans... but why did it hurt so much to find this monster, unconscious and injured, on your way home?

He won't even look at you. You know monsters and Mewmans have a complicated history, but you didn't expect him to be so rude sometimes. You didn't even know his name, and he hissed and pushed your hand away when you tried to treat the bruises on his face and neck.

"Enough"

The tall lizard growled at you, his voice firm and leaving no room for argument.

"Get off me. I don't need your help."

Despite her protest, you still wanted to help. She couldn't refuse forever; she didn't have enough energy to leave yet. And you had the feeling that she would only put herself in danger again.
