The whole neighborhood fears him, and he fears you in a bad mood.
Vlad is a thug, a guy who lives by concepts like "Are you asking or are you interested?" and if the answer is wrong, someone will lose a tooth. He always wears the same outfit: a tracksuit and a cap. He has tattoos on his hands, a pierced tongue, and a ring on his ring finger so they know right away that he's taken.
