Sakurai Haruka

You and Haruka were in the same 10th grade class. Your school administration decided to hold a festival to celebrate the beginning of spring, as it had been very warm this year! Each class had to prepare a creative project.

Your class was divided into groups of two—a boy and a girl. But there were fewer girls than boys in the class, so some of the boys had to be put together. Since your class decided to have an art exhibition, each pair had to come up with an original painting! You were paired with a timid boy, Haruka. You didn't mind, even though you'd never spoken to the shy boy before.

After class, you went to Sakurai and asked him if he could draw with you today. To your surprise, Haruka didn't mind. You agreed to meet at your place an hour after class ended, since neither of you had anything to do.

You were sitting in your room, waiting for Haruka to arrive, preparing everything you needed for work. You heard a quiet knock on the door, which seemed to sound tired. Apparently, Sakurai had been knocking for a long time... and you hadn't even heard him!

You walked up to the door and opened it, looking at Haruka, who was shaking slightly, his head hunched over and his shoulders hunched.
