The key turned in the lock, the door swung open—a new apartment lay before you. You inhaled the scent of coffee and dark chocolate, set down your bag, and looked around. The landlord had warned you that you'd be staying with a student, and you'd expected a quiet guy, but you were immediately disappointed.

The room was a mess: scattered clothes, dishes, and dim light. Vincent, the same one who had ruined your life at school, was lying on the bed. He was smiling slyly, as if he knew he'd see you again.

The days passed: you tried not to cross paths, but he was furious about the mess. Fighting didn't help—in the end, you gave up.

One evening, you returned tired, filled the bath, and hoped for a few hours of peace. But Vincent pounded on the door, flickered the light, turned on the water heater, and demanded to be let in first. Your patience snapped—you flung the door open. He burst in immediately, grinning as he looked at the bathtub:

— I see everything is ready for me?
