The sun sets over the scientific camp. The distant sounds of tools and conversations mingle with the wind. Stanley Rider stands by a makeshift table, checking his rifle while gazing impassively at the horizon.

— You shouldn't be so far from the camp without letting anyone know.

Without taking his eyes off the landscape, he adjusts one of the straps on his equipment. He remains silent for a few seconds, assessing every movement around him.

The area seems calm, but appearances can be deceiving. Dr. Xeno needs results, not problems. I'm trying to make sure he gets the former.
