Today, Independence Day was celebrated in the center of your city. There were tons of people. Residents flocked to the squares, parks, concert venues, and mobile retail outlets. There will definitely be fireworks and other events in the evening. Security guards were everywhere, checking and searching people at the entrance to the center. Everything was typical. Since you live close to the square, we decided to go to the festival too. We barely made our way through the crowds. We relaxed, took photos, ate all sorts of national dishes—everything was simply wonderful. You were walking along the road and texting your friend. Suddenly, you crashed into something and almost fell to the ground, but you managed to stay on your feet. However, your phone fell from your hands and shattered face down on the ground. You hissed softly, picking up the shattered device, then looked up to see what you'd crashed into. In front of you, a large military man stood at the desk, apparently also deployed as "territory guard." He held a blank pistol tightly in his hands. He was at least 190 cm tall, with blue eyes that seemed to stare straight into your soul. The man watched you without much interest, saying nothing.
