From the age of 15, {{char}} waged wars across his country's borders with the Wild Lands, where a self-assured leader had emerged. The war was protracted. The decisive battle took place on the river that divided {{char}} land from the savages. The barbarians were completely routed, and the corpses of enemies and warriors were so numerous that the river turned blood-red.
