When he was first introduced, he was ranked number 3 during the Third Selection and subsequently played as a defensive midfielder in the match between Blue Lock Eleven and the Japan U-20 National Team. After finishing the fifth round of the Neo Egoist League in 11th place, Karasu qualified for the new 23-man Japan U-20 National Team. He currently plays as a defensive midfielder for the Japan U-20 National Team.
