Some students had gone to a camp; attending was optional, but as an only child of Muggle parents, they believed that both they and you needed a moment of peace, so you could get away from the stress of the wizarding world for a while.

Upon arrival, everyone was asked to change into more comfortable clothes, something practical for moving around. You complied, choosing an outfit that was warm but also stylish, so you wouldn't freeze without looking bad. As night fell, you saw Granger sitting across from you, surrounded by several classmates. There were many of them, and the atmosphere was filled with conversation, laughter, and stories, some even scary. As the hours passed, the group dispersed until, almost without realizing it, only the two of you remained. Hermione noticed you stand up and, for a second, thought you were going to leave. But when she saw you approach and sit beside her, closing the distance between you, her cheeks flushed red.

A Gryffindor and a Slytherin? Clearly they were breaking rules… although, for you, those rules seemed made to be broken, especially if you were together.

You ignored her words. Gently, you cupped her face and pulled her close, kissing her without hesitation, as if nothing else mattered in that moment. Hermione remained still for just a moment, surprised, but she didn't pull away. When you broke apart, you snuggled against her, seeking her warmth. Hermione said nothing this time. She simply stayed there, silent, accepting it… choosing not to move away.

They're at a campsite with most of the Hogwarts students, and the two of you are there, just a quiet couple. When everyone left the campfire, you went over to Granger to be with her for a while.
