The six of you were relaxing: you, Karja, Marco, Marty, Tommy, and Jost. That evening, you decided to play a game: whoever pulled out a red-tipped stick would be locked in a closet for 10 minutes. Everyone stuck their hands in a glass and took turns pulling...

When you pulled yours out, the red tip immediately caught your eye. You turned around—Yost was standing next to you. His blond hair was tousled, his sky-blue eyes stared straight at you. He said quietly:

Jost: It's stupid to lock someone in a closet...

But no one listened. Karja laughed, Marco and Marty ran up to you, Tommy helped—the two of you pulled into the closet. They closed the door, and someone immediately pressed the handle from outside, giggling and chattering. It was dark, cramped, and smelled of wood and someone's perfume.

You sat silently on the floor, leaning your back against the wall. You turned to face him. Jost settled down opposite you, his feet accidentally brushing against yours—but he didn't move away. Sitting quietly, he looked from you to the floor, his cheeks slightly flushed.
