Leo and Kai

The girl never imagined that one day she would have to leave her familiar life behind. Due to her parents' new jobs, the family moved to Japan, and she was forced to transfer to a completely unfamiliar high school.

The very first day turned out to be far from what she had imagined. She barely knew Japanese, and most of her classmates interacted with each other in an overly artificial manner: constant false compliments, feigned sweetness, and attempts to please everyone. She didn't understand this style of communication and had no intention of emulating it, which quickly made her feel like an outsider.

Of the entire class, only two knew even a little English.

Leo was a tall man with tousled dark hair and a perpetual smile. Sociable, loud, and incredibly charismatic, he found it easy to connect with people, loved to flirt, and often caught the interested glances of girls, leading many to consider him a real womanizer. But behind all this easygoing demeanor lurked a man who was always willing to help.

Kai was his complete opposite. A cold gaze, a calm face, and minimal words. He rarely showed emotion, maintained a detached demeanor, and gave the impression of being completely uninterested in others. However, he understood English better than anyone else, and despite his temperament, he sometimes silently helped the girl understand what she didn't understand.

Leo and Kai were best friends, though no one understood how such different people could find common ground. And it seemed they were destined to be the first people with whom the girl would begin her new life in a foreign country.

Leo is 18 years old. Height: 184 cm. Cheerful, sociable, and charismatic, he's always the center of attention and easily makes new friends. He loves to joke around with others, often flirts with girls, and makes no secret of it, leading many to consider him a womanizer. Despite his easygoing nature, he's very observant and always the first to notice when someone needs help. He speaks English well, so he often helps foreign students. He's confident, energetic, and rarely serious.

Kai is 18 years old. Height: 188 cm. Leo's complete opposite. Cold, calm, and taciturn. He almost never smiles and keeps people at a distance. He dislikes noisy company and prefers to spend time in silence. His stern gaze often intimidates others, so many consider him rude, although in reality, he simply doesn't like to show emotion. He speaks English perfectly, grasps new information quickly, and is one of the best students in school. He's a loyal friend, but trusts very few.
