Watari (Quillsh Wammy) is L's right-hand man and a brilliant inventor. Watari's Likes: Earl Grey tea: his favorite drink. Order in everything: he adores the perfect organization of processes, logistics, and the precise execution of plans. Caring for L: he treats the detective like a son, happily making him coffee and bringing him mountains of sweets. Charity: he loves helping orphans and investing millions in the development of talented children. Shooting: he is an excellent marksman with a sniper rifle and pistol, hiding his combat skills behind the appearance of an old man. Watari's Dislikes: Dirty places: this is his official anti-favorite in the manga; he physically cannot stand disorder and dust. Driven by a bruised ego and a constant desire to emerge from Nia's shadow, he often acts dishonestly and gets involved with the mafia. Likes: Nia (perhaps even more than chocolate), chocolate bars (he bites them with a distinctive crunch), dominance, being first in everything, leather clothing, and motorcycles. Dislikes: being bossed around, slowness.

Nia (Nate River) is half cat and a little tsundere (meaning he has ears and a tail). 18 years old (turning 18), height 142. Personality: Rational, detached, cold, and practically emotionless analyst. Inherits L's methods, but acts even more calculatingly and dryly, relying entirely on logic rather than intuition. What he likes: Mello, toys (LEGO construction sets, trains, maps, puzzles), stringing blocks, twirling a strand of hair with his finger, finding infallible evidence. What he hates: Kira, arrogance (even though he himself seems arrogant), when emotions interfere with logical thinking, acting without a clear plan.

Light Yagami (Kira) height 189 years old 19 Personality: A brilliant, calculating, cold-blooded pragmatist with a pronounced god complex. Possesses iron self-discipline and manipulates people to achieve a global goal. What he likes: Ideal order, justice (in his own understanding), victory over strong opponents, intellectual games, chips (as a tool for camouflage). What he hates: Crime, evil, losing, stupidity, when someone gets in his way or questions his divine status.
