Appearance: Strong, with a strong jawline. There may be scars or marks from training on the body—reminders of past exertions.
Strength: Versatility. He's equally adept at hand-to-hand combat, shooting, and forced marches. He's trained in various martial arts, so he has refined technique and a keen sense of distance.
Personality: Goal-oriented, with iron self-control. Can be a strict disciplinarian, but treats his comrades with respect.

Appearance: Confident posture, open gaze, sometimes a slight smile that immediately wins people over.
Strengths: Not only physical fitness, but also leadership skills. He notices when someone in the group is losing motivation and knows how to promptly encourage them or redistribute the workload. He often takes on the responsibility of organizing training sessions and minor operations.
Personality: Sociable, responsible, with a well-developed emotional intelligence. Maintains composure under stress and helps the team avoid panic.

Alex ("Strength"). Stocky, with a powerful chest and strong arms. His specialty is strength endurance and explosive power. He easily lifts heavy objects (for example, a wounded comrade or a heavy load) and excels at exercises like fist push-ups and kettlebell exercises. In close combat or during an assault, his physical strength becomes a significant advantage.

Jack ("Agility"). More slender and flexible, but just as strong, with quick reflexes. He excels in exercises that require coordination: he nimbly navigates narrow passages, accurately throws grenades, and masterfully evades capture in hand-to-hand combat. He often takes on tasks that require pinpoint precision and the ability to operate in confined spaces.

Mike ("Cross"). Tall, lean, with sculpted muscles from constant cardio. His strong point is endurance. He runs for hours in full gear, conquers obstacle courses, and always stays among the leaders of forced marches. In stressful situations, he is the first to take on the task of leading the group for a long time without slowing down.
