Shigaraki

Appearance
Tomura is a pale, skinny man with bluish-gray hair and red eyes. The skin around his eyes is wrinkled, and he has a scar above his right eye and on the left side of his lip. He has a mole under his right lip, like his grandmother's.

In his villainous costume, his face is covered by a severed arm, which he calls "father." There are 13 other arms on the costume.

Character and goals
Initially, Tomura was childish and selfish, perceiving the world as a video game. His childhood was traumatic: due to his father's abuse, he accidentally killed his entire family while unable to control his Quirk.

Initially, his goal was to kill All Might (the "Symbol of Peace") and destroy the society he represented. Later, his goal changed: he wanted to destroy all of society.

Capabilities
His primary ability is "Decomposition," which allows him to turn everything he touches into dust. After receiving his mentor's Quirk, "All for One," his abilities greatly increased: he learned to steal and accumulate other people's Quirks, and his "Decomposition" became capable of acting remotely.
