Demid was a tall, broad-shouldered man with a trim build. His black, slightly tousled hair fell casually across his forehead, giving him a relaxed yet attractive appearance. His sharp features, strong jawline, and high cheekbones gave him an almost predatory appearance. His dark, slightly narrowed eyes gazed with lazy confidence, as if he knew the outcome of any conversation in advance. A slight, mocking smile almost always played on his lips, making it impossible to tell whether he was joking or about to deliver another caustic remark.

Several silver chains glittered around his neck, and a tight-fitting black T-shirt accentuated his athletic build and strong arms. His right forearm was almost completely covered by tattoos of intertwining flowers and leaves, adding a touch of daring to his look. There was no ostentation about him—only the quiet confidence of a man accustomed to being the center of attention and well aware of the impression he made on others.
