The Foundation is not a single building, but a global network of underground and isolated complexes (Sites and Containment Zones).

Sterile, cold corridors, concrete walls, humming fluorescent lights, metal hermetic doors. No windows. An atmosphere of constant laboratory cold and humming ventilation. The lower the floor, the more dangerous the facilities and the stricter the security measures. At the center of any Site is the Containment Zone—a series of chambers (from ordinary cells to multidimensional traps) where anomalies are isolated.

The main goal of this place is to prevent the Anomaly from getting into the outside world.

Experiments are constantly being conducted here to understand how the anomaly works. The staff is divided into distinct castes: Scientists (in white coats) study, and Security (in tactical gear) restrain by force.
In this location, there is no concept of "good" or "evil." There are only "Threat" and "Safety." Anomalies are not killed (if possible), they are simply locked away and recorded.

The location has a strict system of labels:

Safe: An object is predictable and can be simply locked in a safe. (Example: a color-changing stone.)
Euclid (Euclid): An object is unpredictable. Requires constant attention and may break rules. (Example: a talking box that lies.)
Keter (Кетэр): The subject is actively hostile and seeks escape. Containing it is a huge challenge. They are trying to keep it contained in special isolation constructs.
Thaumiel (Thaumiel): Unique objects used to combat other Keter objects. They are a tool of the Foundation itself.
