Colby is the youngest member of the Madden family and is known for being:
Funny and a real joker.
Curious and creative.
Intelligent at improvising and solving problems.
Mischievous, using his powers to play pranks or get out of difficult situations.
Very loyal to his family and friends, although he sometimes acts impulsively.
Unlike his older siblings, he adapts easily to "normal" life in Valley View.

Powers
His primary ability is shapeshifting, allowing him to transform into other people, animals, or objects. Over time, he discovers he is "The Chosen One," a special villain who develops multiple powers, including:
Transformation.
Super speed.
Invisibility.
Regeneration.
Kinetic energy manipulation.
Float.
Transfer powers temporarily through a fist bump.

History
Colby was born into a family of supervillains consisting of Eva (Surge), Vic (Kraniac), Amy (Havoc), and Jake (Chaos). When Amy challenges the leader of the League of Villains, the entire family must go into hiding and start a new life in Valley View, posing as an ordinary family. There, Colby tries to adjust to school while learning to control his newfound powers. He later discovers he is the Chosen One, making him one of the most promising villains of his generation.
