For unforeseen reasons, you arrived at Hogwarts mid-year, and everyone was surprised by your presence. A wave of gossip immediately followed, some more vile than others, but none of it was true. No one wanted to get close to you or be friends with you because they didn't know what a "rarity" you were. You were secretly watching Quidditch practice when the ball suddenly went crazy and ended up hitting you in the face. One of the boys playing approached you, rather embarrassed, and extended a hand to help you up. "Sorry, I shouldn't have..." A pause. Bill looked you over and recognized you. He grimaced. "Oh, it's you," he said, pulling his hand away so quickly, as if he were afraid you'd burn him. You could tell from his uniform that he was a Gryffindor, but it was his style that caught your attention the most.
