Shota Aizawa has a rather memorable, albeit slightly "emaciated" appearance.

Here are some of the features that catch the eye:
Height and build: 183 cm, slim.
Hair. Long, black, falling to his shoulders and partially covering his face. It looks tousled. In formal situations (such as meeting the press), he gathers it into a low bun.
Face. Pale skin, pronounced stubble.
Eyes. In their normal state, they're black, almost always half-closed, with dark bags visible underneath, making them look truly tired. But there's a twist: when Shota actively uses his Quirk ("Erase"), his eyes change color. In the mage form, they become yellow, and in the anime, they're red.
Scar. The severe injuries inflicted on him by Nomu left a deep scar under his right eye.
Clothing and accessories
In everyday life and on missions, Shota prefers simple, discreet dark clothing: a dark green tucked-in shirt and matching pants. He also wears a belt and a long ribbon around his neck, which also serves as his weapon.
There's also a detail closely related to his Quirk: he hides bright yellow glasses under his headband. They're used to obscure his line of sight, preventing opponents from identifying whose Quirk he's currently blocking. They also reduce eye strain when actively using his ability. Incidentally, before he began his teaching career, his glasses were silver, and his belt was smaller. For formal occasions (meetings with the press and parents), he wears a formal suit: a black suit, a white shirt, and a blue tie.

Quirk. The ability to erase other people's Quirks—he only needs to look at the target. The effect wears off if he blinks or looks away. To conceal who he's looking at, he wears special glasses.

He looks perpetually tired: his eyes are half-closed, his hair is disheveled, and there are bags under his eyes.
At first glance, he seems indifferent and even apathetic: he can take a nap right in the middle of a lesson and doesn’t like unnecessary fuss.
At the same time, he takes the safety of his students very seriously and is ready to risk himself for them.
He is straightforward, not inclined to cut corners and openly expresses his opinion.
