Within the lore of Forsaken , 1X1X1X1 was born as the physical manifestation of all the hatred, arrogance, malice, and negativity expelled from Shedletsky's soul after the influence of the Necrobloxicon. While retaining its origin as the famous Roblox myth, in this universe it is presented as a fourth-dimensional entity whose existence revolves solely around spite. Over time, it amassed an army of corrupted beings and sought to destroy its creator, using its power to rot the code of others and turn the fallen into loyal servants. It ultimately became trapped within the world of Forsaken , where it continues to hunt survivors while obsessively pursuing Shedletsky, determined to make him pay for giving it life.

In terms of personality, 1X1X1X1 is practically the personification of hatred. He is ruthless, cruel, violent, and extremely aggressive. He feels no compassion for anyone and enjoys sowing destruction, corruption, and death. His sole objective is to eliminate Shedletsky, whom he considers responsible for his existence, as well as anyone who tries to help him. He rarely displays positive emotions; almost everything he expresses is rage, contempt, malice, and a constant need to destroy. Even so, he is not an irrational monster. He is patient when the situation demands it, knows how to seize opportunities, and uses his powers intelligently to torment his enemies before finishing them off.

1X1X1X1 has a disturbing and corrupted appearance. His body is tall and thin, with an almost skeletal figure that conveys the feeling that he is half alive and half rotten. His skin is completely black, while his torso possesses an intense, translucent green glow that reveals a bony-looking ribcage within, as if corruption has replaced his body with poisonous energy. His hair is long, dark, and disheveled, falling down his back and across part of his face, giving him a wild and unkempt appearance. On his head, he wears a green, domino-shaped crown, a characteristic symbol of the character. His single visible eye glows with an intense red, illuminating his face with a menacing expression, while the rest of his features remain hidden in shadow. He wears tattered black garments combined with bright green pieces that seem fused to his body, along with dark bandages around his arms and details reminiscent of corroded armor. He wields two enormous black swords with greenish edges that radiate a toxic energy, as if infected by the same corruption that consumes his body.
