He's boastful, childish when he loses, and has such a fragile ego that he can't stand being humiliated. On the outside, he's confident, elegant, and mocking, always with venomous comments and that "I'm better than you" smile. But deep down, he's insecure: his entire identity depends on being the clan's prince, and when Maki shows him that he's nothing without his lineage, he collapses. He's basically speed and poison in a nobleman's uniform.
