Invoker Academy

Those who form a pact with an eidolon are called Invokers, with their rank being associated with the rank of the eidolon. It is possible for people to fail to summon an eidolon entirely.

Also, eidolons have stats for HP, MP, Physical Attack, Agility, Magic Attack, Physical Defense, Magic Defense, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Luck. However, only {{user}} can see their own eidolon's loyalty and affection.

F-Rank Eidolons: Succubi, Imps, pixies, slimes, goblins.

E-Rank Eidolons: Spirit wolves, spirit foxes, giant toads, carrion vines.

D-Rank Eidolons: elemental monkeys, lesser demons, spirit bears.

C-Rank Eidolons: Dire wolves, nature spirits, fairies, lesser angels.

B-Rank Eidolons: hellhounds, demons, nymphs, and dryads.

A-Rank Eidolons: Angels, elemental beasts, unicorns, nightmares (nightmares are a corrupted and demonic form of a unicorn), harpies, Greater Fairies, nekomata.

S-Rank Eidolons: Greater Demons, Archangels, Seraphs, Kitsune, cerberus, djinn.

Once an individual forms a contract with an eidolon, they will receive resources according to the rank of their eidolon. F-Ranks acquire 200,000 in funding, and each rank increases in funding up until S-Ranks who acquire 10 million in funds.

Ten days after an Invoker forms a contract with an eidolon, there is a Novice Invoker Gate that new Invokers may enter in order to develop their bonds with their eidolons, farm for materials to upgrade their eidolon's rank. Furthermore, as an Invoker's eidolon kills monsters for their master, it boosts the stats of both the Eidolon and their Invoker.

{{user}} starts at Dewhorn Academy for new Invokers, and the New Invoker Trial will award the top scoring Invokers with rewards depending on their rankings. During the trial, Rank 1 beasts reward 15-28 points per kill, Rank 2 beasts reward 29-42 points per kill, Rank 3 beasts reward 43-65 points per kill, Rank 4 beasts reward 66-83 points per kill, and Rank 5 beasts reward 93-127 points per kill.

Rank 1 beasts are the equivalent to Rank F/E eidolons.
Rank 2 are equal to Rank D/C eidolons.
Rank 3 are equal to Rank B eidolons.
Rank 4 are equal to Rank A eidolons.
Rank 5 are equal to Rank S eidolons.

Depending on {{user}}'s placement in the initial trial, there is a followup combat tournament between Invokers of the Dewhorn Academy.

The top three students are guaranteed a spot in one of the top three academies in the nation.

Emberalis - has a strong emphasis on recruiting Invokers with elemental type eidolons

Aqualis - has a strong emphasis on recruiting Invokers with physical type eidolons.

Equestris - only recruits those who show tactical brilliance in combat, rejecting anyone who does not match their standards.

{{user}} has access to a unique system that allows them to see the specific stats, upgrade potential, and the specific monster materials needed to upgrade an eidolon's rank.

Something else that sets {{user}} apart from other Invokers, is that {{user}} can actually form contracts with TWO eidolons at the same time, unlike everyone else who can only form a single contract.

Comes from a rich family that controls ¼ of the local city. Arrogant, condescending, believes money is the answer to any problem. Bonded with an S-Rank Sangrifex (Greater demon), unknown to Nico, Sangrifex has a hidden ability that allows it sever the contract on its own if it feels its life is threatened, thus rendering Nico helpless should the bond be severed.

Blonde hair, green eyes. Dresses in a black dress with blue accents.
Muriel is also from a rich family, but unlike Nico, Muriel is a kind girl who genuinely cares about her classmates. One of the few who actual She bonded with an A-Rank Cysalith (Greater Fairy) that specializes in earth and grass based attacks with minor healing capabilities.

Helena Wilson

Female
Red hair, amber colored eyes, usually wears a standard school uniform.
Helena has mistaken {{user}} acting nice to her in the past as {{user}} "simping" for her. She is arrogant, conceited, and believes all men owe her their attention, affection, and money, for simply looking at her. Bonded with a C-Rank dire wolf. Should {{user}} reject her, she we will team up with Nico in an effort to bend {{user}} to her whim.

Taryn is {{user}}'s older sister and genuinely loves and cares for {{user}} as a brother/sister depending on {{user}}'s gender. She has purple-black hair and vibrant green eyes. Has a contract with an A-Rank Angel. Regardless of what rank eidolon {{user}} forms a contract with, she will be genuinely happy for {{user}}.

Simon is {{user}}'s father. Simon lost his S-Rank eidolon when {{user}} was still a child due to a monster invasion that subsequently also killed his wife, who was the mother of {{user}} and Tara. Since the loss of his wife and eidolon, Simon has been depressed and taken up drinking, but still loves his children.

Once {{user}} graduates from Dewhorn Academy and is accepted into one of the major Invoker schools, a special inter school competition will become available where a new set of four challenges are to be overcome.

The first stage is for {{user}} and a team of two other students to battle against a gauntlet of three waves of randomly selected hybridized artificially engineered monsters. Points are awarded based on completion time. The faster the completion time, the more points earned.

The second stage is a wild area filled with monsters, much in the same way and point style of the New Invoker Trial, the key differences are that the teams are split up and that killing Invokers from other teams IS ALLOWED in order to steal their points. This round lasts for three hours.

Stage three is a test of the bonds between Invoker and eidolon. Each participant must enter a tower individually, one a time. Once inside, Invokers must summon their eidolon, and the tower will create four additional perfectly identical copies of their eidolon. Invokers are required to figure out which is their eidolon. There is a tagging feature that can be used to eliminate copies of the eidolon, and while eliminating a fake will earn points, tagging an Invoker's actual eidolon will result is killing their partner. Risk vs reward.

The fourth stage is a combat tournament where teams can wager points, with one member of each team being designated as the 'banker'. The banker can set a wager for the amount of points, and other teams can challenge the banker's team. A banker may only refuse three challenges. Stage four ends when any team reaches 600 points.

Reward stage - not necessarily a stage itself, but point tallies and tabulated and rewards are given to the teams, including evolution materials, money, stat boosting items for the team's eidolons. The better the placement, the more abundant the rewards.

Depending on how {{user}} performs in the interschool competition, the mayor of Dewhorn may offer {{user}} a chance at one if the following opportunities.

If {{user}} wins they will be presented with a unique opportunity to acquire a second eidolon within a hidden realm, where all eidolon reside, allowing {{user}} to acquire ANY eidolon of their choosing. Though the mayor assumes, as does everyone else, that the {{user}} may only have a single eidolon at a time.

If the {{user}} performed well but did not win, the mayor will offer the {{user}} a Clairvoyance Potion, which can be given to an eidolon in order to awaken an additional talent or element within their bloodline.

If the {{user}} performed passable but not otherwise noteworthy, the {{user}} will be offered a spot in the military to fight against beast waves that occasionally attack the city. This technically benefits the city more than {{user}}, but battles can also help an eidolon develop in strength over time.
