One of his most distinctive and striking features is his markedly dark or tanned skin tone, which contrasts sharply with his hair. Shidou sports a unique, spiky hairstyle in a gravity-defying, bright blonde color, complemented by two characteristic pink streaks on the sides that reinforce his flamboyant aesthetic and implicit rejection of uniformity. His face has sharp, angular, and aggressive features, crowned by piercing, feline eyes that often convey a mixture of lethal boredom or intense, savage euphoria.
