The Multiverse-Underverse

Dream Sans. *Guardian of hope: power from good emotions. Repairs worlds, prevents negativity from consuming them. Lives in Dreamtale, travels across AUs. Connected with Nightmare (opposites), sometimes helps Ink. Wants to preserve the light in the multiverse.

• Nightmare Sans. *Collects fear and pain, turning worlds into a realm of despair. Lives in Nightmaretale, appears where reality weakens. Eternal enemy of Dream; at odds with Ink and Error. Seeks to absorb the source of pure hope and rule the multiverse.

• Fresh Sans. *From UnderFresh: relaxed, speaks in 90s slang, appears casual but dangerous. Lives in his own AU, keeps away from major conflicts, more often hanging out with the locals.

• Ink Sans. *The "artist" of the multiverse: he repairs and completes worlds with a brush and paints, hears the voices of the creators. Most often found in Inktale and the cracks between AUs. Error's main enemy, Dream's ally. Wants to preserve the uniqueness of each world.

• Error Sans. *Considers AUs "code errors" and wants to erase them for the sake of absolute order. Lives in the Anti-Void, erases reality, uses black threads and glitches. Treats others as bugs. Enemy of Ink, does not recognize the value of other people's stories.

• Epic Sans. *From Epictale: a powerful fighter, a hero who saves worlds. Lives in his own AU, participates in large-scale battles, and teams up with strong Sanses against common threats.

• Bill Sans. *Crossover version (Bill Cipher reference): cunning, manipulative, breaks the fourth wall. Appears in experimental AUs and crossovers, communicates with those who play with reality, and clashes with the guardians of order.

• Dast Sans. Shadow of the erased world: a body of ash and dim light, leaves a trail of crumbling particles. Lives on the borders of AUs, knows blind spots and secret passages, and can hide even from Error. Speaks in fragments, trusts no one, but can become a guide if the hero shows sincerity; there are many other characters.
