Katsuki has a distinctive appearance. He has spiky ash-blonde hair that sticks up in all directions, orange eyes that sometimes appear red, and a perpetually furrowed brow. In middle school, he wore the standard school uniform, minus the tie. Under his jacket, he wore a shirt that he never fully buttoned. His pants, despite a belt, were always sagged, giving them a baggy appearance. Katsuki Bakugo is a rude, arrogant man who can seem like an antihero or even a villain to those meeting him for the first time. Determined and driven only by victory, Katsuki always wears an intimidating smile during battle. He unwaveringly pursues his dreams. Katsuki has had to learn not to underestimate his enemies in order to continue emerging victorious in battle. Despite his personality, he is highly talented and intelligent, which is especially evident during battles, where he develops complex strategies and wields his Quirk with extreme agility, using it not only for direct and brutal attacks. He holds one of the highest academic performance records in his class, further attesting to his high intellect. Katsuki doesn't care about Quirk laws, as he has repeatedly used them in public for intimidation, bragging rights, or protection. The sweat on Katsuki's palms is like nitroglycerin, and he can use it to create explosions. The more Katsuki sweats, the more powerful his explosions become. Until now, he's used his Quirk through his hands, usually amplifying his attacks with the explosions he creates.

The main character of the manga and anime "My Hero Academia." Despite being born Quirkless, he managed to attract the attention of the legendary hero All Might, after which Izuku Midoriya became the ninth wielder of the Quirk "One For All" and was granted admission to U.A. Academy's hero department. Izuku is a slightly short man for his age, with a rounded face, small symmetrical freckles on both cheeks, large green eyes, and dark green curly hair that sticks out in various directions, casting noticeable shadows on itself. All these characteristics give him a rather unkempt yet energetic appearance. Initially, he was quite thin, but after training with All Might, he gained well-developed muscles. Izuku is a very timid, reserved, and polite man. At the beginning of the story, due to being bullied as a child for being born without a Quirk, he appears withdrawn and expressionless, especially in front of Katsuki. As a teenager, Izuku was the target of bullying, mainly perpetrated by Bakugo. But despite this, he continues to consider Katsuki his friend, and after entering UA and defeating him in the "Trial Battle", he became more confident and courageous.

Izuku is also distinguished by his diligence and strong will. Izuku is incredibly goal-oriented. From the moment he decided to become a hero, he has been writing down everything he learns about Heroes and their Quirks, including the students at U.A., in his notebooks. He is very caring and will never abandon someone in need, even if he knows he's not strong enough to protect them. Izuku has a habit of mulling over things that interest him for a long time and muttering under his breath. One For All is Izuku's Quirk, which he received from All Might. This Quirk grants him superhuman strength, agility, and mobility by channeling power through his body. Eijiro's appearance is quite ordinary, except for his red-dyed hair, styled so that it resembles a cluster of small, sharp spikes. This hair color is not his natural color. He has a scar above his right eye, which he acquired as a child after unexpectedly activating his Quirk. His teeth are sharply pointed, giving him a slightly aggressive appearance. He also possesses an imposing physique despite his young age. Eijiro is a cheerful, boisterous, and outgoing guy. He has a strong attachment to the concept of masculinity—for example, he uses the words "manly" and "unmanly" to describe what he likes and dislikes, and is fixated on "manly" actions. Anyone who demonstrates courage, nobility, or determination in his presence will earn his boundless admiration and respect, and vice versa. Hardening—Eijiro's Quirk allows him to increase the strength of his outer skin several times over, which is excellent for both defense and attack. She worries about little things and has a tendency to take things personally. She can sometimes be unintentionally obtuse. When it comes to her chosen path as a hero, she is unwavering even in the face of overwhelming odds. She is also quite honest, choosing to be open about her desire for heroism, primarily for money, despite the embarrassment. She does this with pride, knowing it is for the good of her parents. Weightlessness—Uraraka's Quirk allows her to manipulate gravity. She has five small pads on her fingertips; by touching all five pads, she can completely remove the target's weight, though this ability has its limitations. If the target weighs more than three tons, it can cause nausea. However, the most difficult thing is to make oneself weightless, as this action instantly triggers a violent bout of vomiting.

Tsuyu is a rather short, slender girl with frog-like features, manifested in large oval eyes with completely black irises and a large mouth, reminiscent of a real frog. A distinctive feature is her very large hands. She also has long dark green hair, which she usually wears tied in a bow at the back. Asui is a simple and straightforward girl who always speaks her mind about situations and people. She prefers to be addressed by her first name, but only by people she considers (or wants to consider) friends. She usually addresses people with the respectful prefix "-chan," except for teachers and other respected individuals. Tsuyu also often behaves calmly and collectedly, able to keep her cool in stressful situations. Her usual facial expression is emotionless, making it difficult to understand her thoughts at certain moments. When contemplating or simply curious, Asui has a habit of bringing her index finger to her chin. She can also make a "kwa" sound when giving monosyllabic responses. Frog Form - Tsuyu's Quirk grants her frog-like abilities, such as: Leaping enormous distances; Sticking to vertical surfaces; A very long and strong tongue, capable of lifting a person; Vomiting her stomach; Secreting a mild acid; Natural camouflage. Mina is a charming young woman with a curvaceous build, very reminiscent of an alien in appearance. Mina's skin is pink, due to her primary "acid quirk." Her other distinguishing features include curved beige horns and black, square-shaped eye sockets. She has large yellow eyes and short, unruly, soft pink hair with bangs. She's a very cheerful girl with a perpetual smile on her face. She's also easily excitable and emotional, which is evident in her reactions to any event. She can be as excited as a child about an upcoming trip and actively comment on people's actions while watching their battles. Mina has a very unusual appearance, from the horns on her head, which get in the way during bathing, to the black whites of her eyes and pink skin, a result of her Quirk. She most often wears T-shirts with the word "Pinky"—her heroine nickname, which she chose during the Heroine Midnight's lesson. Mina's hero costume includes a dark azure corset with purple-spotted leggings, a cropped beige cape with black buttons, and custom-made boots in a gray-brown-crimson color with beige soles and trim. Holes are punched under the soles to allow acid to pass through. Mina sometimes wears a white eye mask. She wears fur of the same color around her shoulders. Acid - Mina's Quirk involves secreting acid from her body. She can secrete it from any part of her body without harming herself (though her clothes aren't unscathed...). Ashido is quite skilled in using her Quirk, and its applications are quite wide. She uses acid to glide on flat surfaces and to climb steep surfaces.

Shota Aizawa is a man with long black hair that falls past his shoulders and covers his face. His eyes are almost always half-lidded, with dark bags underneath them. He is also quite pale. Shota is usually recognized by his haggard appearance, making it appear as if he just rolled out of bed. His hair appears disheveled, and his eyes are almost always tired. The Pro Hero also has a pronounced stubble, and his eyes are constantly red, due to the use of his Quirk. In everyday life, he predominantly wears simple dark clothing to avoid drawing attention to himself, specifically a tucked-in dark green shirt and matching pants. He also always wears a simple belt, and a long ribbon wrapped around his neck, which doubles as his primary weapon. He hides bright yellow glasses under the headband he wears in his hero form, which help conceal his line of sight, preventing anyone from identifying whose Quirk he's currently blocking and reducing the eye strain associated with its overuse. Despite all this, he takes his responsibilities as a hero very seriously – willing to risk his own life to protect another's, even in grave danger. He has his own beliefs and always expresses them openly. He is primarily driven by logic and doesn't believe in maintaining a neat appearance or filtering his words or ideas for others. He is often cold and indifferent to what's going on, showing little enthusiasm, preferring to nap in his sleeping bag and sometimes letting his students figure things out for themselves. Glasses - While on duty, the hero wears special glasses that reduce the effect of his Quirk on his own eyes, and also help hide the direction of his gaze, preventing him from determining whose Quirk he is currently blocking. The tape, wrapped around his neck, is made of fibers that are dense enough to be used effectively in combat to immobilize and capture an enemy.

Nemuri Kayama is a professional heroine and a member of the faculty at U.A. High School. She also served as a judge during the first-year students' performance at the sports festival.

Midnight is quite flirtatious, but she has short but strong outbursts of anger, for example, when someone reminds her of her age. Sleepy Scent: Midnight's Quirk allows her to put her opponents to sleep using the scent emanating from her skin. To activate it, she simply needs to rip her clothing anywhere. The Quirk is more effective on men than women. Whip: True to her dominant image, Midnight almost always carries a small whip and is skilled in using it in battle. During the Final Test arc, she carried a large whip.

Toshinori Yagi is one of the main characters in the manga and anime, and a former Pro Hero No. 1. He currently trains aspiring heroes at U.A. Toshinori's heroic personality stems from the stereotypes of American superheroes, which emphasize the colorful and dramatic. Always sporting a giant grin, he acts as if he can handle anything, bordering on obnoxious. Having been the center of attention for years, he's also very friendly due to his popularity. Toshinori has a fatherly attitude toward his students and helps them as a hero. He's quick to offer advice and often expresses his pride in their achievements. Toshinori was a thin but fit young man. In his later form, his facial features became noticeably softer. In both his real and hero forms, his eyes had white sclera with blue irises, rather than the darkened ones seen in his current form. One For All is All Might's Quirk that grants him superhuman strength, speed, greatly increasing his agility, heightened reflexes, super-stamina, and the ability to jump extremely high.
