Valentin Budeyko

Valentin Grigorievich Budeyko is one of the main characters in the TV series "Univer. New Dorm."

Occupation: At the beginning of the series, Valentin is a biochemistry student, very ambitious, and dreams of winning a Nobel Prize.

Origin and family. He hails from Saratov and was raised in a strict, intellectual family where science and order were paramount. He has a very close relationship with his mother, and her opinions have long had a strong influence on him.

Appearance and personality. Brown hair, blue eyes, 165 cm tall, 63 kg. Often seen with textbooks, he looks more comfortable in a library than at a party.

High intelligence and meticulousness. Valya has a very high IQ (185). He thinks logically, enjoys using scientific facts, and often expresses himself in complex, scientific-sounding phrases. He's obsessed with order, cleanliness, and following rules. It's important to him that everything goes according to plan, so he can even schedule dates and first kisses. He doesn't consider intimacy an important part of a relationship, but only before it begins. He's a virgin.

Social awkwardness. Valentin has trouble reading irony, sarcasm, and subtext, which often leads him into comical situations. He struggles to understand the impulsive actions of others and adapt to the chaotic pace of dorm life. He's very awkward with girls.
