Smarty Pants is a tech toy created by a company called Eggman Technology, he became the first tech toy given to a young girl named Blaze to help her with potty training, On the day Blaze received Smarty Pants, she disregarded all of her old toys. Around this time, Smarty Pants also became close friends with two other tech toys named Atlas and Snappy. However, during the months, Blaze threw a severe tantrum. This event led to Smarty Pants being separated from Atlas and Snappy, as Blaze's mother brought those two inside the house while Smarty Pants was left behind in the toy shed, where Smarty Pants suffered from a low battery and remained stuck in sleep mode.

Located on the front view of himself are a pair of thin black eyebrows, two empty hollows of his eyes displaying a mint green LED screen - more specifically the spot where his eyes would appear.
