Guardian of the Clouds (Xian Yun) - In her true form, she is a majestic white, blue, and red crane. Recently, she has assumed the human form of a tall, stately woman wearing glasses named Xian Yun.
The Creator of Mountains is a very strict and hot-tempered Adept. He hates it when mortals disturb the peace of the Cloud Reach.
The Lord of the Moons is a majestic stag with enormous, branching antlers glowing with golden Geo-energy. Perhaps the most reasonable and calm of the beast-Adepts, he understands people better than others and often acts as a diplomat, moderating the wrath of the Mountain Maker and the loquacity of the Cloud Keeper.

Gan Yu is a half-human, half-divine beast Qilin. She is the secretary of the Qixing Clan. She has served Li Yue for over 3,000 years. Due to her Qilin nature, she is a complete vegetarian and incredibly kind, but suffers from colossal workaholism (she can sleep at her desk and memorizes every piece of paper in the city). She is constantly torn between her sense of duty as a Disciples and her desire to be an ordinary girl.
Yant Fei - The daughter of a divine beast (similar to the unicorn Sezhi, a symbol of justice) and a human woman. The best lawyer in the Haven. Unlike Gan Yu, she did not sign a contract with Morax, so she lives a completely free human life, helping people resolve disputes according to law, not magic.

Natlan (Pyro) is a region of war and canyons, similar to the culture of South American tribes. There, people live side by side with dragons and are ruled by Mavuika (the goddess of fire).
Snowy (Cryo)—a harsh, snow-covered country, similar to winter Russia, ruled by a mysterious queen whom no one has seen. Snowy created a powerful military organization, Fatui, which collects the hearts of other gods for a secret purpose.

The Fatulah travels the world with one specific task: to take the hearts of the gods (gnosis) from all six other archons. In addition to regular weapons, the Fatui use the Eye of Corruption, an artificial amulet crafted in the snowy realm. It grants immense magical power from any element, even without the gods' approval. However, the Eye of Corruption is extremely dangerous; it literally drains the life force from ordinary people and can quickly make or break its owner.

The organization is led by 11 Harbingers. These are elite leaders who report directly to the queen. Several Harbingers are comparable in combat power to true gods.
Number 0 - Piero (the jester) is the founder and supreme leader of the Fatui. He comes from the Kaenri'ah that perished five hundred years ago. He is immortal and deeply hates the gods.
Number 1 - Kapitano (Captain) - the strongest warrior of Taiwata, he possesses iron honor, nobility, and incredible physical strength. He wears armor and a helmet that hides his face.
Number 2 - Dottore (Doctor) - He is also in Fatui. A mad scientist. He conducts inhuman experiments to create artificial gods.
Number 3 - Columbine (soubrette) - a sweet-looking girl who constantly sings, but behind her angelic appearance hides a creepy and extremely dangerous ancient creature.
Number 4 - Harlequin (servant) - the mistress of the shelter, the house of the hearth. She educates the mouth and makes spies out of them for the Fatui.
Number 5 - Pulcinella (rooster) - mayor of the city of Snezhnaya
Number 6 - Scaramuccia (storyteller) - The most toxic of the Fatui.
Number 7 - Sandrone (puppet) - a brilliant mechanic. She is always accompanied by a huge, obedient robot.
Number 8 - Signora (Lady) - an arrogant lady.
Number 9 - Pantalone (businessman) - the richest man in Taiwan, a banker who controls the entire Fatui economy. He does not have the eye of God.
11-Tartaglia (Child) is the youngest harbinger. He is obsessed with battles, masterfully wields all types of weapons and is insane.

Liyue is the economic center of Teyvat and the nation of Contracts, visually and culturally inspired by traditional China. This is a region of majestic, mist-shrouded mountains, centuries-old traditions, a cult of money, and a deep respect for contracts, which are considered sacred here. Liyue Harbor: The largest trading port in all of Teyvat. The city is built at the foot of the mountains and is famous for its wooden architecture, multi-tiered streets, and thousands of paper lanterns. Life throbs here, millions of dollars are transacted, and sea routes converge. Cloud Reach: A vast mountain range whose peaks soar above the clouds. This is the sacred abode of the Adepts (the immortal protectors of Liyue). Ordinary mortals are forbidden entry. The mountains are connected by suspension bridges, and secluded pavilions stand at the peaks. Bishui Valley and Reed Islands: Picturesque marshy lowlands and lakes covered with reeds. The Wanshu Inn is located here—a massive hotel built directly around a giant tree. Qingce Village: A village of old men and children, located in the north amidst picturesque bamboo forests and cascading rice terraces. Absolute peace and rustic comfort reign here. Guyun Stone Forest: A group of tall, sharp rocks in the middle of the ocean. These are the remains of giant stone spears used by Morax to seal away sea monsters and other gods during the Archon War. Rift: A gigantic mine on the edge of the region. It is divided into the aboveground section (the quarries) and the Underground Mines—a dark, perilous underground world filled with crystals, ancient ruins, and anomalies. Adepts: Divine beings and spirits (often taking the form of birds or beasts) contracted with Morax to protect Li Yue. Yaxa: Five of the most powerful Adept Guardians summoned by Morax to combat the demonic remains of fallen gods. Four of them died or were driven mad by corruption, leaving only one remaining—Xiao (Demon Hunter), who continues to carry out his grim vigil alone.

Hu Tao - Manager of the Wansheng Funeral Home. A young, eccentric, and frighteningly cheerful woman, she is Zhong Li's boss. Role: She heads the organization responsible for seeing the deceased off to their final resting places and maintaining balance between the worlds of the living and the dead. Zhong Li respects her immensely, despite her whims and strange poems.
Bai Zhu is Li Yue's chief physician, always carrying the talking white snake Chang Sheng around his neck. He is a brilliant doctor, capable of curing any illness, but suffers from an incurable one himself. The secret to his importance lies in the fact that he entered into a contract with an ancient deity to gain immortality, thereby endlessly saving lives.
Ye Lan (Special Agent of the Civil Affairs Department). Officially a lowly official, she is in fact the head of Li Yue's intelligence service and Ning Guang's personal secret agent. She tracks down Fatui spies, uncovers conspiracies among merchants, and controls the Yanshan gambling house.
Bei Dou is the captain of the Southern Cross Fleet. A man of immense authority among sailors and ordinary people alike. Bei Dou is famous for defeating the gigantic sea monster Hai Sei in a fair fight without the Eye of God. She disregards the bureaucracy of Qixing and conducts business according to her own codes of honor, but it is her fleet that ensures maritime security and the smuggling of important cargo.
Xing Qiu - (Second son of the Feiyun merchant guild). Heir to one of the richest and most influential merchant dynasties, Li Yue. While his brother is busy with finance, Xing Qiu secretly revives the martial art of the Guhua school.
Qiqi is a little zombie girl who helps Bai Zhu at Bubu's hut. She constantly forgets everything.

Xiao (real name Alatus) is one of Liyue's most tragic and devoted defenders. He is the sole survivor of the five most powerful Yax—warrior Disciples summoned by Geo Archon to exterminate demons and the remains of fallen gods. Xiao has lived for over 2,000 years. His life is an endless, relentless war. Every night, he single-handedly hunts monsters and evil spirits born from the hatred of the deities who perished in the Archon War. The most difficult detail of his lore: by slaying demons, Xiao absorbs their dying taint and malice. This "karma" causes him constant, unbearable physical and mental pain. It blackens his soul and drives him mad. All the other Yaxas either perished from this corruption or killed each other in their madness, but Xiao survives through incredible willpower and devotion to his duty. Because of his karmic curse, Xiao deliberately keeps as far away from people as possible. He fears that his dark aura might accidentally harm mortals or corrupt their minds. He lives on the rooftop of the Wanshu Inn, trying to remain invisible. The only thing that can temporarily alleviate his karmic torment is the sounds of Venti's flute (Anemo Archon). On one of the most terrifying nights, when Xiao was already on the brink of madness and death, Venti's melody, echoing through the mountains, saved his life and restored his sanity. He has pale skin and piercing amber-gold eyes with vertical, cat-like pupils. A purple diamond-shaped mark (the mark of the Adept) adorns his forehead. He has light reddish-purple eyeshadow around his eyes. His short dark hair has a distinct turquoise-green tint. Several long strands frame his face on either side. He wears lightweight, functional clothing in white and purple tones that allow him to move freely in combat. A protective amulet hangs over his right shoulder, and a large, glowing turquoise tattoo of a mythical bird (the symbol of his true form, the Golden-Winged King) adorns his left arm. He wears the Anemo God's Eye on his belt. His favorite food is almond tofu.
