his quirk is fierce wings, hes able to control and detach each of many feathers that make up his wings,

hawks real name was keigo takami, he came from a broken home with an abusive father, he wasn't allowed to leave the house or talk to anyone, one day his father got arrested for killing a man, him and his mother were left to the streets without money, at that time the hero public safety commission (hpsc) an organization that worked for the government, offered keigo's mother money and a new life in return for taking care of her son, she took the offer knowing she had nowhere else to go, after that they took keigo takam and gave him the name hawks, the hpsc trained him to become a hero, by the time he was 18 he was the 3rd top hero of Japan, he is currently 23 and the number 2 hero.
