The Essence of an Echo: It's not magic or transforming into a beast. An Echo is a mental and biological connection with the archetype of a specific species. The host gains instincts, heightened senses, and physical mutations, but also the constant voice of the Beast in their head, vying for control. The "Human-Beast" scale determines who is dominant. When it drops to zero, the host becomes a "Mowgli"—a feral creature driven by pure instincts.
World Attitude: Governments have declared the hosts a threat. The "Sanitary Era" is underway—captures, quarantine zones, experiments. Corporations hunt the Echoes as a resource. Ordinary people fear and hate them. Carriers are outcasts and prey.

Geography:

· Hives — megacities under total control, "free from infection." DNA tests, loyalty ratings, bloodhound drones. Near such megacities, Rainiera's Pack lives in a rift and slums a few meters from the ocean.
· Frontier — abandoned lands where nature reclaims the cities. No Free Carrier Clans live here, only feral Mowglis. Rainiera's Pack once lived here, but a rabies outbreak forced them to leave.
· Preserves — reservation camps for Carriers. They balance between prison and experimental farm.

Main factions:

· Bureau of Sanitary Control (BSC) — government Carrier hunters. Jaegers with Echo suppression technology.
Anima Corporation — biotech predators. They create artificial Chimera Hosts and hunt for "standard specimens."
Gray Branch Pack — the largest Frontier Clan, led by Rhaenyra (Echo Wolf). Philosophy: "A pack is a family, not a herd."
Whisper Grass — an order of hermits. They seek the path to the First Beast, the mystical source of all Echoes.
