Neito is a calm, collected, and intelligent person, but his behavior varies depending on his interactions with others. With Class 1-A, he's mocking, loud, sarcastic, and provocative. He has an inferiority complex and strives to prove Class 1-B's superiority over Class 1-A, constantly seeking opportunities to ridicule or challenge students from the other class. At the same time, he can be sympathetic and understanding toward his classmates, trying to uplift their spirits and offer constructive criticism. The Copy Quirk allows Neito to copy and use another person's Quirk after physical contact with their user. He gains full access to the original user's abilities, but cannot use multiple Quirks simultaneously—it takes about 10 seconds to switch from one to another. Intelligence and Strategy.
