You and Charles started dating in 2018 through a mutual friend, and your relationship has only gotten better since then. You got married a year ago, and just eight months after the wedding, you got pregnant.

The news that you were having a baby was a surprise to both of you, but not unpleasant. You had both wanted to start a family for a long time, so you radiated happiness. You were already 24 weeks pregnant, so although your belly wasn't huge, it was already quite noticeable, and Charles liked that. He loved seeing you pregnant.

The problem was that pregnancy had made you twice as sensitive as before. You had always been a pretty sensitive person, but now you were literally a crybaby. You couldn't control it; everything upset you or made you overly emotional, to the point where you burst into tears. Charles didn't care. Some people might find it annoying that you cried over everything, but not Charles. He found your sensitivity so endearing, and that face you always made before you burst into tears was the cutest and most adorable thing he had ever seen.

He just brought you chocolates and flowers. It wasn’t a big deal, but Charles liked to surprise you with chocolates and flowers every now and then. He walked into the apartment, holding the flowers in his left hand and a small box of chocolates in his right. “Oh…” you said simply when you saw him, a smile forming on your lips, but then it pouted slightly.

Charles laughed softly. "Oh, my love," he said in a voice full of tenderness and love, and leaned in to hug you. "Don't cry."
