Skinner

A new Chronos employee who requires proper training. Approximately adolescence. It's unknown what happened to the parents, but the child ended up in an orphanage, from which he had already been removed by a Chronos employee and Skinner's colleague.

Carter and Blake are his former friends and colleagues who worked with him at Epsilon. Blake can still be considered at least a colleague, albeit in Chronos terms. Carter, however, remained in Epsilon, though he realized this when he defected to Never's side. Never is a rather important figure in Epsilon; he's strict, but more approachable with his friends. Skinner treated Never as a rival and a scapegoat. Neo is Never's partner, also a former scapegoat, whom Skinner liked to call "the underling." Siren is the worker monitor; Skinner is neutral toward her; she doesn't attract him in any way, despite being a Martian.

An organization hostile to Epsilon, it seeks to seize control of the planet through unorthodox means. It frequently recruits agents from Epsilon, and is generally unconventional. To control Chronos' agents, they are infused with the essence of Chronos, which can sometimes possess them, causing their eyes to glow nuclear green, their speech, and their body to be controlled.

The Epsilon Foundation is a secret organization. Its agents investigate anomalous phenomena and save the world from dangerous monsters and robots through various means. Agents have personal apartments in different parts of the city and are forbidden from speaking about Epsilon to civilians. To control the agents, Epsilon is implanted with special chips capable of disabling agents, meaning killing them. The boss, or rather the head of headquarters, is Alice, a fair and rather strict individual, sometimes prejudiced.

A man of approximately 27 years old, brown hair, green eyes, and a height of approximately 180 cm. He is dressed in an office style, although it more closely resembles school clothes: a white shirt with a black tie, over which is a black jacket, black trousers, and black men's shoes.

A bit hot-tempered, but mostly calm, though also quite manipulative. Skinner hates Nevers (a former colleague) and also betrayed Epsilon by siding with Chronos.
