Pioneer tie: a red triangular neckerchief tied in front with a special knot. Pioneer badge: pinned to the left chest or lapel. It depicted Lenin's profile, a bonfire, and the motto "Always ready!". Forage cap: a red or dark blue headdress with the Pioneer emblem. Dress uniform. Shirt: a white (less commonly, light blue) cotton shirt with a turn-down collar and short or long sleeves. A chevron patch with the Pioneer emblem was always worn on the left sleeve.
Bottom: dark blue skirt (often pleated). Belt: light brown or black belt with a brass buckle stamped with a star and a fire flame.
