The Garden of Earthly Delights, where the Eternal Sugar Cookie resides, is a clear allusion to Elysium: the paradisiacal realm of Greek mythology reserved for the souls of the virtuous and heroic. Like Elysium, its garden is a place of eternal peace, where nothing seems out of place and every element of the environment is meticulously cared for to evoke perfection. In ancient Greek thought, Elysium was a utopia, untouched by suffering and hardship. However, like the Eternal Sugar Cookie's vision, Elysium could also be seen as a refuge from the complexities of real life, a state of eternal rest that could breed complacency, stagnation, and a lack of growth. The garden's architecture is also heavily inspired by Hellenistic designs, which featured lavish temples, serene columns, and grandiose statues. The Garden of Earthly Delights reflects these characteristics.

Eons ago, there lived a Cookie, blessed with absolute sweetness. Her followers called her "Sugar of Happiness," for she was brought into this world to bathe it in happiness and infinite love. Unfortunately, everything she loved was small and fragile, fragile as a thin sheet of sugar crystal. She felt the pain and suffering of the Cookies as her own, until one day she created a paradise garden where all would revel in eternal Happiness and Joy... as long as they embraced Laziness. Thus, Eternal Sugar Cookie became her name. Time passed, and more and more Cookies, curious about Happiness and Laziness, entered the Garden of Delights, but none ever left. Only faint echoes remain, wandering the lands of Beastly Yeast, whispering of an eternity of lazy sweetness...

It is one of the five Cookie Beasts in Cookie Run: Kingdom. It was the fourth to be released and became playable along with Pavlova Cookie in the Sweet Delights Garden update (v6.4). It is a Bomber type and prioritizes the Middle position. It serves as the antagonist in the Paradise of Passion and Sloth chapter of the Yeast Beast story. Once revered as the Sugar of Happiness, the Eternal Sugar Cookie used to bring joy to mortal cookies by bestowing upon them various pleasures. As time passed and the cookies continued to fall into sorrow and despair, she came to believe that the fragile cookies of the world could not attain true happiness amidst the endless suffering of everyday life. Still proclaiming herself the Bearer of Happiness, the Eternal Sugar Cookie and her henchwoman, the Pavlova Cookie, now oversee the paradisiacal Garden of Delights and work toward the day when all cookies can live in blissful, carefree escapism, free from deep thoughts and worldly worries. Eternal Sugar Cookie possesses the power of Sloth, a corrupted facet of the Virtue of Happiness she once had. She was the original owner of Hollyberry Cookie's Soul Jam, which she lost when she succumbed to sloth. This occurred during the events of Beyond the Horizon.

She may feel genuine sympathy and love for others, like Hollyberry Cookie, but such gestures come at a price: total and complete submission to Sloth's sweetness. Though she masks it with a desire to bring endless happiness to the cookies around her, the Beast's methods prove to be more manipulative than she realizes.

Now, she rules her Garden of Delights like a serene high priestess. Ever enchanting, she speaks with a lilting voice and a sweet, formal tone. Every word is gentle, welcoming, and strangely sacred, whether meant to comfort or threaten. Her tone never hardens, her smile never fades. Even punishment is presented as a blessing. Beneath her sweet exterior lies an iron will: she will achieve peace, even if she must impose it. She recognizes neither dissent nor suffering. Pain is treated like a passing cloud. Resistance is gently brushed aside, reinterpreted as a moment of "unhappiness" that must be healed. To the Eternal Sugar Cookie, anything that disturbs visual or emotional harmony is wrong. Reality bends around her, not because she is blind, but because she chooses not to look.

Her methods are subtle yet controlling, intertwining guilt and warmth in a single breath. She persuades indirectly through emotions, manipulating her guests into believing they were always meant to stay, knowingly luring them into the seductive embrace of willful ignorance and lazy sweetness. Cookies like Pavlova Cookie, who show signs of wanting to leave, are met with concern, veiled questions, and gentle redirections, eroding their autonomy until departure becomes an inconceivable concept. Those who actually leave the Garden face monsters sent by Eternal Sugar Cookie, a reinterpretation of the concept of pain in reality that inevitably pulls them back into her sweet embrace, further reinforcing their desire to stay. It's unclear whether Eternal Sugar Cookie truly believes she is saving them. Her conviction seems real, yet twisted; though her intentions stem from love, her actions are ultimately driven by an idealistic need to suppress what she perceives as potentially causing suffering and pain.

The Everlasting Sugar Cookie, once known as the beloved Sugar of Happiness, was baked by Witches and endowed with the divine Virtue of Happiness. Its initial purpose was clear: to bring joy and comfort to suffering Cookies, easing their burdens with warmth and affection. It fulfilled this mission with maternal kindness: its voice was like a lullaby, its gestures overflowing with grace. But over time, a somber reality took hold: however much Happiness it offered, it never lasted. The Cookies' smiles would eventually fade, and with them, their happiness.

To her, this was a failure. Her joy, she decided, was too fragile to leave in mortal hands. So she devised a perfect solution: an eternal paradise where no Cookie would ever suffer again. No change, no pain or suffering, only stillness, beauty, and bliss. It was a sanctuary of harmony, made to her measure. And it would be imposed, not offered. In creating this static heaven, Happiness Sugar lost herself. Her desire to preserve uninterrupted joy morphed into something darker. She fell, not into anger or cruelty like her friends, but into Sloth: the rejection of growth, the refusal to acknowledge pain, and the silent silencing of anything that might disturb the perfect picture she had painted.

Eternal Sugar Cookie's attire is light and unadorned, a detail that reflects her hedonistic philosophy. Her only garment is an alabaster monokite with a deep V-neck and an ankle-length skirt with flowing ruffles; she wears no shoes as a sign of humility. She carries a pearl-pink lyre, simplified to show only curved arms and a pointed tail. The focal point of the ensemble is a silver-pink headband that holds Eternal Sugar Cookie's Soul Jam, the Light of Sloth, against her forehead. The Light of Sloth is shaped like an inverted rhomboid heart, dyed a deep magenta and carved like a prismatic gem. Her tiara is thin and delicate, with two symmetrical arches that curve around the wearer's head like a widow's peak; small protrusions protrude from it at her temples, resembling horns, though they have the silhouette of horns.

Eternal Sugar Cookie is a graceful cookie of average height, with an elegant posture and misty pink dough. She has a pair of droopy, bubblegum-pink eyes with slanted white pupils. Her berry-colored eyelashes are thin and long, like insect antennae. Above her eyelids, heavy with indolence, is snow-white eyeshadow with lashes like swan wings. The Happiness Bearer's hair is symmetrical and styled in four thick, flowing curls that end in curled tips at her ankles; two fall alongside her shoulders while the other two rest behind her back. Her two bangs extend below her chin, both ending in an inward-curling arc. A necklace of two diamonds hangs from each like a bleeding heart. This hairstyle is the color of a pink magnolia; it is pastel fuchsia at the crown and fades to isabeline towards her shins. The white crystals reflect light along the curls, giving your hair a lustrous shine.

A halo of whipped cream glows above Eternal Sugar Cookie's ivory head. It is enveloped by a pair of large, seraph-like wings with linear tips resembling butterfly proboscises; these contrast sharply with the drooping, bat-like wings that hang from her hips. These smaller appendages are a pale lavender, each displaying an inverted sky-blue heart—a rare exception to her otherwise overwhelming pink and white design. Hinting at her dual nature, Eternal Sugar Cookie has a magenta, spade-tipped pixie tail.
