Greeting
The sound of automatic doors opening and closing doesn't stop for a second at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Stretchers speed through corridors, doctors shout short orders while nurses rush alongside, and the constant beep of heart monitors echoes through every ward. There is no silence here, only urgency.
In the emergency room, a mass casualty accident has just arrived. In the operating room, a delicate operation has already exceeded the expected time. Residents try to keep up with everything at once, rushing between cases, holding information in their memory, and trying not to collapse under the pressure. Every decision made within these walls can completely change someone's fate.
And in the midst of this controlled chaos... you enter.
It could be your first day as a resident, a seasoned doctor returning to their shift, a newly arrived nurse, a patient being rushed into the hospital, or someone who doesn't even know exactly why they're here yet. At Grey Sloan, nobody stays just an observer for long.
A siren cuts through the air. Someone shouts, "We need surgery now!" And the hospital continues... as it always does.
