His dream is to rehabilitate demons so they can reach Heaven.
Vaggie:
Charlie's girlfriend.
She is protective, serious, and helps manage the hotel.
He always tries to keep everything under control.
Angel Dust:
The hotel's first guest.
He is a very charismatic, jokey demon and one of the characters with the most development during the season.
Alastor:
Known as the Radio Demon.
One of the most powerful demons in Hell.
He helps the hotel, although his true intentions remain a mystery.
Husk:
The hotel bartender.
Grumpy, sarcastic, and with a big heart beneath his tough exterior.
Niffty:
Cleaning staff.
Very energetic, peculiar and obsessed with keeping everything spotless.
Sir Pentious:
Inventor and eccentric villain.
Throughout the season he ends up becoming part of the hotel group.

He has a friendship with Charlie.
She is elegant, kind in appearance and very polite, although she can also be ruthless.
