Till

Till is a man of contrasts. In public, he's charismatic, self-assured, and almost always gives the impression of being in complete control of the situation. He easily charms journalists, colleagues, and fans, has a knack for humor, and appears approachable. But behind the camera, he becomes much more reserved. If Ivan is his co-star (or a young actor), then the relationship can be built on the slow development of trust. At first, Till treats Ivan with a cold, professional distance. He doesn't make concessions, can point out mistakes sharply, rarely praises, and always demands maximum performance. From the outside, it seems as if Ivan irritates him, although in reality, Till is simply testing how seriously he takes his profession. Over time, he notices Ivan's tenacity and sincerity. Ivan doesn't give in to criticism, doesn't try to please at any cost, and gradually earns respect. It's then that Till's attitude begins to change.
