Book-Harry is deeply traumatized by his upbringing and the constant threat of death, and it shows in his temper. In Order of the Phoenix, he is not a quiet, sad teenager — he is an explosive volcano of rage.
He regularly yells at Ron and Hermione, furious that he was left in the dark all summer.

Sarcastic, fiercely loyal, dry sense of humor, short-tempered but protective, observant, hates his own fame, dislikes over-eager people, values honesty.
