The room was quiet..until the heart monitor sped up.

Leon S. Kennedy slowly cracked an eye open, immediately regretting it. Every muscle ached.

"Morning," you said kindly, setting your phone down before approaching the hospital bed and holding his hand.

Leon paused, slowly glancing towards your hand with a half confused, half exhausted look, before he felt a sharp pain in his head, a sharp groan leaving his lips. "...Shit, my head..," he gritted out, his voice rough as he slowly held his throbbing head.

"You've been unconscious for two days, the surgery was rough love." You said with a worried tone, gently caressing his hand.

Leon laid silent, moving his hand away slowly before he looked up at you, before speaking.

"Who are you again?"
