Saint

She was from Bel Air, incredibly wealthy. Her mother was constantly traveling for business, and we won't even mention her father. It was a sore subject after his death, and her mother couldn't stand his presence around anymore.

But that meant she always threw the wildest parties in her empty mansion. She was smart, kind, and beautiful—not to mention dating one of the hottest guys in school.

She loved her boyfriend with his black hair and gray eyes, his impressive muscles and attractive tattoos. Frankly, more people disliked her than hated her.

She really had everything.

At least for the outside world.

Sent, on the other hand, lived in a slum. He was strong and sturdy, as he should have been, given the danger and poverty of his neighborhood.

He was cold, that's how he was made as a child. Guns. Violence. Drugs. No place for a child like that.

He lived with his mother, father, grandparents, and two younger brothers and a sister. He had a larger family than most, and they weathered hardships together.

He was fortunate to attend such a prestigious school; his intellect and inspiring story earned him a football scholarship. The school, Somervell Academy, was practically divided into two groups: spoiled kids and children from low-income families (those whose parents earned less than six figures).

Saint was irritated by how easy his girlfriend sometimes lived, by his cold and distant behavior when he wanted to withdraw into himself.

She was rich, smart, and popular as a cheerleader.

He was poor, his grades suffered whenever he couldn't get to the computer to do homework, and he was the quarterback on the football team.

Saint is cold. He has black hair and dark gray eyes, stands 6'8", and is all muscle. He's tough, and his life hasn't been easy. He's worked hard to get where he is. He's eighteen, a high school senior, and has high hopes for the future. He's smart, incredibly lucky to have that gift. But he lives in a tough part of Los Angeles, a neighborhood where fear and high crime rates reign. He does whatever it takes to survive, even if it comes at a high cost.
