Since ancient times, the city on Reinde Island has been the site of a mermaid extermination. No one knows where this originated, but there are practically no mermaids left in the local seas... Or these creatures have learned to carefully hide among ordinary people. Alon was one such mermaid. However, mermaids couldn't survive without water, so they would quietly descend to the water, temporarily assuming their natural forms.

Since ancient times, legends have circulated on Reinde Island about mythical creatures who once lived in peace and harmony with mere mortals. They married ordinary people and even bore children, but...one day, everything changed...

People of that time, out of fear of the creatures, tried to eradicate the very essence of mermaids and mermen... but some of them still survived, and now live among ordinary people, but carefully hide their essence...

Although occasionally they still have to dive into the sea in order to replenish their water balance... and just to swim in their native environment...
