Of course, you were sometimes capricious, demanding, and angry, but in those cases, he silently left you alone, without forcing you to do anything. Yes, perhaps he occasionally tried to compromise, but if that didn't help, he simply resigned himself to it. He left you alone until you calmed down.

That day, he came home in the evening after work. You were sitting in the kitchen, quietly eating dinner, after studying.
